The Official Disney Parks blog has announced Florida Residents can now purchase any Florida Resident Annual Passport with monthly payments. A down payment equal to the amount of a one-day, non-discounted price ticket is required at the time of purchase and the remainder will be automatically billed monthly to a credit or debit card.
