Regis Philbin has announced that this is his final year with “Live.” Philbin has been a part of Disney-ABC Television Group’s popular morning talk show for over 28 years. The exact timing of his departure was not released and Disney-ABC Television Group is expected to continue the show with Kelly Ripa and a new co-host.
