The Canaveral Port Authority invites the community to a ‘sail-a-bration’ at Jetty Park to bid the Disney Dream bon voyage on its maiden voyage from its new home at Port Canaveral. The event will include a limited number of free commemorative items, family entertainment with Radio Disney and Lite Rock 99.3 radio stations, prizes and special guests for the children to enjoy. Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item as a donation to the Central Brevard Sharing Center. They also are reminded to bring lawn chairs or portable seats. The event will be held January 26 from 4 to 6p. The ship is expected at Jetty Park by 5:30p. There is free parking at Cruise Terminal 3. A non-perishable food donation is requested for Central Brevard Sharing.
