Daytime TV talk show Live with Regis and Kelly (distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television) hit a two-year ratings high for the week ending Feb. 4. Bad weather, Justin Bieber appearance and Regis’ recent retirement announcement are credited with the increase.
