Well the over reaching thing I will say about the next few days is that this dry pattern WILL continue for the foreseeable future. Sure there’s a chance for some showers through the weekend, but it’s Florida and you need to start to expect this on a daily basis – but that said, it’s really going to stay mostly dry with temperatures at or near normal for the next few days.
Today will be very much like yesterday, tomorrow things change just a little bit as the air mass that has been in effect since the frontal passage modifies just a little bit with some moisture.
Interestingly enough over the next few days we are going to stay safe from a pretty severe weather threat throughout the deep south so anyone flying to Walt Disney World from these areas may face some delays getting here tomorrow.
Temperatures today will max out somewhere in the mid 80s with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will be once again be similar but some humidity will work its way in as winds shift to the South. Now, for anyone who cares, remember that weak front that came through while I was seeing The Adjustment Bureau Tuesday afternoon (it wasn’t very good)? Well that southerly fly is going to push what’s left of that thing back towards us and that’s where the instability will lead to some thundershower chances primarily Friday afternoon into the evening.
As I said above a slight chance of showers will linger into Saturday, but again these things will be hit or miss and for the most part we will stay dry into early next week. I can’t stress enough, enjoy these dry days because it’s only a matter of time before Ma Nature does her thing and reminds us all that the sunshine state happens to be the lighting capital of the world!
See ya at Fantasmic tonight at 8:30 and 10pm :-)!
