Clouds will linger through the morning hours leading to sun this afternoon (haven’t we heard this before). Temperatures will remain well below average for this time of year especially as you head closer to the coast where the marine layer will be considerably deeper as well. A warming trend will occur towards the end of the week into the weekend.
