The Second Annual Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel returns Oct. 7 – 8 with even more food, drink, and seminars. Highlighting the event will be the appearance of celebrity chef Todd English on both evenings who will be debuting his latest book Cooking In Everyday English: The A, B, Cs of Great Flavor At Home. Attendees will be able to purchase the book and have an opportunity to have it signed. The book becomes available to general public on Oct. 11.
