Disney has released a press release indicating Bob Iger will become Chairman of the Disney Board at the next shareholder meeting in addition to his current CEO duties. He will continue to be CEO until March 2015 at which time he will step down. He will then continue his chairman duties until 2016. Early speculation is either Tom Staggs or Jay Rasulo will succeed him in 2015.
