Looks like Mother Nature has a little hangover from the Christmas holiday over the weekend as today is not going to be the best day in the parks for one of the busiest days of the year.
A chance of showers will linger with us all day and temperatures will top out somewhere in the upper 70s. Things get a bit nicer as we race towards the new year with gradual clearing overnight and a low around 48. The sun should come out in time for Wednesday though temperatures will be a little cooler with highs only getting into the mid to upper 60s.
The important stuff lies ahead (especially because I will be there for New Years Eve) – NYE is looking spectacular. Saturday long range forecast looks for Sunny skies with highs in the mid 70s and by the time a very special 11:40 Illuminations begins I would say that the temperatures should be in the low 60s. Hope to see some of you there!
