The Orange County Register reports the iconic Carnation Plaza Gardens, which has hosted big bands, school bands, children’s groups and swing dancers since 1956, will be closing on April 30th and converted into Fantasy Faire. The move was originally announced at last year’s D23 Expo. Saturday night swing dancing is expected to return once the conversion is complete.
