OK let’s try this again – remember that rainless forecast yesterday we tried well TODAY I’m sticking to it and tomorrow looks even drier. I did appreciate the feedback on the whole “we would rather rain than have temperatures the surface of the sun” (in not so many words), and I can understand that. Incidentally it has been one of the hottest June/Julys on record throughout the country and the pattern doesn’t look to change much as we turn the corner and head into August. I am getting concerned it is going to be about 100 degrees for the Tower of Terror race in September.
Anyway plan on highs in the mid 90s through the weekend. Today there is just a slight chance for afternoon thunderstorms though I’ll update that around 2pm once we start seeing how daytime heating is treating us. Tomorrow temperatures can easily get into the upper 90s and heat indexes will without question reach the triple digits. So make sure everyone stays hydrated.
