A while back we reported Disney / Marvel was being sued by Rimowa because the briefcase used as a case for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase One Collector’s Set was their Topas attache case. Now BleedingCool.com is reporting Amazon is no longer taking preorders for the item and the description has been changed to no longer mention the briefcase. In addition, some purchasers have received notification of a delay with its delivery.
