Disney will no longer be the worldwide distributor of DreamWorks films (live-action, not animated). As part of a new agreement, Disney will handle sales in the US, Canada, Latin America, Australia an most of Asia. A new company, Mister Smith Entertainment, will handle Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
