On CNBC today, Disney CEO Bob Iger confirmed Disney would make future standalone Star Wars films derived from great Star Wars characters. He also said that Simon Kinberg and Larry Kasdan, while consulting with J.J. Abrams on Episode VII, will make other Star Wars films.
