The Orlando Sentinel writes an outdoor vending Disneyland employee has been arrested for the explosion that caused an evacuation of Towntown yesterday. The explosion was caused by dry ice in a bottle left in a trash can. The incident is decribed as “isolated” with “unanticipated impacts”.
