We’ve heard Disney has approved the capital appropriation request to add Disney Vacation Club units to the Polynesian Resort to complete the Bay Lake resorts DVC roll-out. DVC continues to suffer from low availability of inventory and therefore finding new locations for DVC resorts had been identified as a priority. Construction is unlikely to commence until the Grand Floridian build-out has been completed. Lakefront property space is limited in this area but the DVC units are likely to impact the Luau Cove space between Fiji and the wedding pavilion
