According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney is being sued by Diece-Lisa Industries, a New Jersey company that created the “Lots of Hugs” teddy bears. Diece-Lisa is suing over “Lots-O’-Huggin Bear” character, the villain in Toy Story 3. Disney had no comment on the pending litigation.
