Variety is reporting that Maker Studios co-founder and ex-CEO Danny Zappin and three other former executives have filed a lawsuit seeking to block a shareholder vote on Disney’s $500 million acquisition of the YouTube video distributor.
The shareholder vote is scheduled for April 15.
Zappin is seeking an injunction claiming that inadequate information has been provided to shareholders regarding the vote. Zappin is also currently suing Maker Studios regarding his ousting as CEO last May.
