TMZ is reporting that Disney XD star Billy Unger was arrested for DUI in Malibu. The Lab Rats actor had a blood alcohol level of .08. While this would be legal for most drivers, California drivers under 21 may not have any alcohol in their system. Following his arrest, Unger was released by authorities.
