The Osceola Expressway will be refinancing its debt to the Disney controlled Reedy Creek Improvement District. The road, which partially runs through Walt Disney World. Reedy Creek helped fund the road when the construction costs were much higher than anticipated. The 12-mile road goes from the Florida Turnpike to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It helped Disney create access to their Sports Complex, All-Star Resorts, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Previously, Reedy Creek forgave $27 million that was owed to them.
