The AP is reporting that due to a technical problem, many users of ESPN’s WATCH ESPN service were unable to see the first hour or so of the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day. The Rose Bowl was the first game of the College Football Playoff Semifinal double header that aired on the network. On Friday, the ESPN was reviewing its system. A network spokesperson said that ESPN “will be working to prevent a recurrence in the future.”
