D23 will holding an event entitled 101 Dalmatians: An Afternoon in the “Spot”-light on February 8 at at 2pm at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank. Tickets will be $30 and available for $30 per person (plus $5 processing fee per ticket) on January 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

Take a seat in the historic Walt Disney Studios Main Theatre, and don’t worry about needing a snack: Each ticket includes a bottle of water and popcorn to enjoy during our screening of the film on the big screen. Actress Lisa Davis, who voiced Anita, and legendary Disney animator Floyd Norman will make special appearances to discuss the creation of 101 Dalmatians, and talk about what went into making this beloved classic.
Guests will also be among the first to see the new short film “Lucky Dogs,” which is included in the Diamond Edition release and features Norman, looks at some of the fortunate folk who worked on101 Dalmatians, and reflects on life at Disney in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
To commemorate the occasion, every guest in attendance will receive an exclusive Dalmatian-spotted wine glass. This will not be sold in stores, and is being created especially for D23 Members and their guests at this event. Ghirardelli Chocolates will accompany the collectable wine glasses—a perfect Valentine’s Day pairing.
