Hollywood’s legendary El Capitan Theatre presents a special engagement of Disneynature’s all-new film “Monkey Kingdom,” April 17 – 30, 2015. Set among the ancient ruins and jungles of South Asia, “Monkey Kingdom” features a smart monkey named Maya, who will do anything for her newborn son Kip. Before every screening of the movie, Wildlife Learning Center will showcase exotic animals from around the world.
“Earth Day is always very special at the El Capitan,” said James Wood, operations and stage productions for The El Capitan Theatre. “We are working with Conservation International on a program that invites El Capitan guests to see the film during opening week [April 17-24, 2015], and Disneynature will make a contribution to Conservation International to help protect monkeys and other endangered species in their natural habitats.”
