This Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015, guests are invited to “hop” over to Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort for delectable dining experiences at Capa and Ravello.
Ravello
At Ravello, the Resort’s modern Italian restaurant, feast on an extensive Easter buffet featuring hot and cold stations with Italian-inspired classics such as seafood ravioli with lobster-cognac sauce, a made-to-order pasta bar, salads including fresh local organic mozzarella and heirloom tomato, and a variety of indulgent desserts. For breakfast fans, the buffet will also include brunch favourites such as corned beef hash, traditional eggs benedict and an omelet station with choice of toppings. A sushi and seafood display will also be offered for diners to enjoy. Reservations for the Ravello Easter brunch are available from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm for USD 95 per adult and USD 45 per child.
Capa
Capa, the Resort’s Spanish-influenced rooftop steakhouse, will also offer special dining on Easter Sunday. Typically open exclusively for dinner, guests have the opportunity to experience Capa in the daytime, with special seatings available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a variety of options from a special á la carte menu while taking in breathtaking views of the Walt Disney World Resort area. Entrees include the delicious Capa Burger, served with caramelized onions and bacon; succulent roasted chicken with adobo, potato and asparagus; as well as brunch items such as shrimp and cheese grits; goat cheese and red pepper frittata; and much more. In addition, Capa’s special brunch will include an assortment of sweet bites from Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber.
