Today we get a little bit better look at the world of Zootopia — Walt Disney Animation Studio’s next film, set for release in March 2016 — via a new poster that was just released.
The poster shows off what appears to be the equivalent of New York’s Times Square or Tokyo’s Shibuya Crossing, complete animal puns. For fashion fans, there are ads for Preyda (Prada), Lululemmings (Lululemon) and Bearberry (Burberry). If those references go over your head, there’s also an ad that says “Just Zoo It” — a clear parody of Nike’s famous tagline.
Zootopia tells the tale (or tail, perhaps) of Officer Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde — a bunny and a fox, respectively — who end up reluctantly partnering to solve a mystery. Featuring the voices of Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman, the film recently debuted a clip at the D23 Expo that was met with howls of laughter.
Zootopia hits theatres March 4th, 2016.
