The Annual Pass program has changed at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World:
Disneyland Resort:
At Disneyland the Premium Pass will no longer be available and will be replaced with the Signature Passport and Signature Passport Plus. The plus edition has no blockout dates but the standard blockouts out the December holidays and other peak days. Both passes feature free PhotoPass downloads. While the Premium Pass was $779 the new Signature Pass is $849 and the Signature Pass Plus is $1049.
The prices of the Deluxe Pass and Southern California Select pass went up to $599 and $329 respectively.
Other pricing changes include, theme park parking increased by $1, from $17 to $18. Downtown Disney will now only offer two hours of free parking, with an additional two hours with validation from a restaurant or movie. The hourly rate changed from $6 to $12.
Walt Disney World:
Walt Disney World has also redesigned their passport program while not having as staggering price increases. The no-blockout passes are now called Platinum Pass with Platinum Pass Plus including the water parks, sports complex, and Oak Tree golf course. The prices are $829 and $749 but DVC Members and Florida Residents can buy the passes for $729 and $649.
Florida Residents can also buy Gold Passes and Silver Passes. The gold pass is $549.00 and includes limited blockout dates such as the weeks of Spring Breaks and the December holidays for $549. The Silver Pass which also blockouts most of summer is available for $389.
All passes include parking while the Gold and Platinum passes include PhotoPass downloads.
Theme park parking also raised two dollars to $20. Valet at the resort hotels is $10 for the first two hours and $20 for 3 or more.
Annual Pass prices most recently changed in February. The Premier Pass which includes unlimited access to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort attractions increased from $1049 to $1439.
