UPDATE: Disney has now revealed that Vanessa Williams, from ABC’s Desperate Housewives and Ugly Betty will be performing at the event. Disney fans may remember her best for singing the pop version of Colors of the Wind from Pocahontas.
The event is also now available to all guests. A Walt Disney World resort room reservation is no longer required.
Original Story: Reservations are now available for the Countdown to Midnight: NYE 2016 event at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club convention center. The party starts at 8pm
In addition to an open bar, two club enviroments, and dining, the event will feature an interactive comedy reunion at the Adventurer’s Club.
As midnight approaches, don your New Year’s Eve hats and tiaras for the final countdown, balloon drop, and confetti finale as when the clock strikes twelve, guests will be invited to raise their keepsake champagne glass for a doubly bubbly toast to a grand New Year.
The catch? The event costs $300 and is only available to guests with a New Year’s Eve Disney Resort reservation.
