Capa, at Four Seasons Orlando, will host guest chef Phillip Foss for a special dinner on Jan. 16. Foss, owner of EL Ideas in Chicago, will present a special menu alongside Capa Chef Tim Dacey. The menu has not been released yet, but Four Seasons has shared a teaser of some items to come:
– French Fries and Ice Cream
-Wagyu Beef- Components of Borscht
-White Russian- Osetra/ Vodka/ Coffee
The event will be Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 6:30pm with a cost of $195 per person, inclusive of tax, gratuity and beverages
