ABC has cancelled Castle after 8 seasons. This is after the network announced that series co-star Stana Katic and Tamala Jones would not be returning if the show was renewed for a ninth season.
The show will air its series finale on Monday. Reportedly two different endings were filmed so that the series could either conclude or launch the series in a new direction if renewed.
