According to WESH a man was arrested at Walt Disney World on Monday after he tried to bring a gun in Epcot. Michael C. Langston was randomly selected to go through the park’s secondary screening, which includes passing through a metal detector, after entering through the bagless guest line at the security checkpoint out front of the park. He then informed security that he had a weapon on him and was subsequently escorted from the premises.
Langston, a 61-year-old from Louisiana, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a concealed firearm. He has also been issued a trespassing warning, barring him from Walt Disney World property.
