Today the Disney Parks Blog announced that Brunch with a Twist, which was originally introduced during last year’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, will return to the Grand Floridian Spa & Resort. The next event will take place February 11th at Citricos and start at noon. The five-course brunch is $169 per person and will include creations from Executive Chef Scott Hunnel, Chef Dominique Filoni, Chef Noah Estabrook, Chef Nick Mussara, Chef Lawrence Searl and Executive Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek from various Grand Floridian dining locations. Each dish is also paired with champagne.
