Prosecutors are refusing to release Noor Salman, the widow of Pulse nightclub shooter Omar Mateen, alleging that she helped scout potential targets with her husband. According to the Orlando Sentinel, one such scouting trip was to Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. Additionally, prosecutors say Salman watched as her husband left with a gun and bag of ammunition as he left for Pulse on June 12th — the night he killed 49 people there.
Salman was arrested last month near San Fransisco, where she moved after the shooting and is being charged with aiding in the attack and lying to investigators. She has pleaded not guilty.
