Super Bowl Champion James White is going to Disney World following the Patriot’s overtime victory in Super Bowl LI. White caught 14 passes for 110 yards and scored three touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime.
Tom Brady was the MVP who traditionally participated in the Disney Parks victory parade, but White had a very big impact on the game. He also had other opportunities to “go to Disney World”
White will be participating in a victory parade at the Magic Kingdom, expected to step off around 2:25 p.m. today.
Monday marks the fourth time a member of his team participated in the Super Bowl parade at Disney, dating to 2002. No NFL team has had a player appear more than four times in the iconic parade.
White joins a stellar 30-year history of heroes from sports and beyond who have celebrated special achievements at either Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or Disneyland Resort in California.
The first player to utter the iconic phrase was Phil Simms in 1987.
