Old world wine will meet new world cuisine at the upcoming, four-course wine dinner at Paddlefish on August 24. Hosted atop the rooftop deck of the three-level boat, the dinner will offer unparalleled views of both Lake Buena Vista and Disney Springs.
Courses will include a yellow-fin tuna crudo and surf & turf special which will include lamb loin served with char-grilled octopus paired alongside award-winning selections from Italian and Spanish wineries such as Mocali Brunello di Montalcino and Monte Carbonare Soave.
