D-Street will close at the Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney on January 2 and reopen in early 2018 as a location that offers Disney fans a variety of Disney-themed home goods. According to the Disney Parks Blog, guests will find a curated assortment of products that will change with each season.
D-Street opened at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World in 2010. It was the home of all-things vinylmation but also featured an array of other merchandise. As time went on, the location’s focus shifted to Marvel and Star Wars products. The Disney World version closed in 2015.
More changes are expected for Downtown Disney in 2018 as work begins on the new Four-Diamond hotel and parking structure.
