For the second time in time two days, Disneyland Park is currently only allowing re-entry. Granted, while the parks reached the same phase closure yesterday, that was partially due to a power outage that downed a dozen attractions in Toontown, Fantasyland, and beyond. UPDATE (11:58 a.m. PST): Disneyland Park has now halted selling tickets. However, guests can still purchase tickets for California Adventure at this time.
