Due to low temperatures, Walt Disney World is closing and cancelling several offerings.

- The Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is closed through January 6. Disney’s other water part, Blizzard Beach, was already scheduled to be closed due to its annual refurbishment. As the park was scheduled for its annual refurbishment, it will not reopen until March 18. Blizzard Beach is scheduled to open January 7.
- Resort pools are closed on January 3 through January 5. Locations with hot tubs will offer them until 8pm. Pools are expected to reopen on January 6.
- The Ferrytale Fireworks Dessert Cruise for Friday, January 5.
- Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at the Polynesian Village Resort has cancelled the 5:15 and 8:15 shows through January 5. In addition, the 8:15 show on January 6 has been cancelled as well.
