With low temperatures in Central Florida once again dipping below freezing, Walt Disney World is making adjustments to some of their outdoor offerings. First, Blizzard Beach will be closed today and tomorrow (January 18th and 19th) but is expected to reopen on Saturday. Meanwhile, Typhoon Lagoon is currently closed for its annual refurbishment. Elsewhere, Disney says that its resort hotel “main feature pools” — meaning those where lifeguards are normally present — will remain closed today, with plans to reopen tomorrow. As of 10 a.m. EST, the temperature is 30 degreed Fahrenheit in the Orlando area.
