According to The Hollywood Reporter, producer Allison Shearmur passed away Friday at the age of 53. No cause of death has been provided at this time. Shearmur’s producing credits include Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the upcoming Solo, and 2015’s Cinderella as well as the blockbuster Hunger Games films. Her Disney ties continue as she served as SVP of production for Walt Disney Pictures from 1994 to 1997 and was in process of casting The One and Only Ivan — which she was producing with Angelina Jolie — for the studio. She is survived by her husband Ed Shearmur and a daughter.
