In recent months, Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort has undergone a few closures with the promise of new dining locations making their way to the district. Today, Disney offered a few more details on the some of the additions along with new of some other changes on deck.
First, it was announced that the popular craft brewery Ballast Point would be opening a new restaurant and brewery in Downtown Disney this year. In addition to featuring some of their most famous brews, Ballast Point will also offer exclusive and limited edition beers at the new location, which will also feature a tasting room, beer garden, and a menu of So Cal-inspired cuisine.
Also joining the district is Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer. As the name would imply, this restaurant is known for its burgers but also serves signature CrazyShakes. Meanwhile, Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria will undergo renovations to expand its patio with a new outside bar and additional seating, but will remain open during construction.
Speaking of renovations, as previously announced, the World of Disney will be getting a facelift this year. Work on this project will be completed in phases throughout 2018.
