Magic Kingdom’s Pirates of the Caribbean Reopens Today, Disneyland’s to Close for Reburbishment April 23

After a brief closure, Pirates of the Caribbean at Magic Kingdom will be reopening today, March 19th — now featuring an update auction scene. As we’ve known for some time, the famed scene has now been changed and finds the redhead becoming a pirate, appropriately named Redd. Following the scene’s debut next week, a similar change will be made to Disneyland’s version of the ride with work beginning on April 23rd.
