Disney and their largest union group have reached a tentative agreement after a long period of negotiations. The details of the agreement are not currently known.

The Disneyland Resort and Master Services Council are proud to have reached a tentative agreement, which we are hopeful will be ratified later this week. We have had a successful history of working together since Disneyland Park opened in 1955, and this contract continues that shared commitment to Cast Members.
The union group had been trying to put additional pressure on Disney through protests and petitions. They have also been supporting a ballot initiative that would have raised the minimum wage for the Disneyland Resort
