New concept art has been released for the current Caribbean Beach refurbishment project that’s scheduled to be complete by fall 2018.
What’s happening:
- Walt Disney World’s Caribbean Beach reimagining and refurbishment will be complete and revealed to guests later this fall.
- Today, the Disney Parks Blog shared new concept art for two of the Resort’s dining locations.
About Sebastian’s Bistro:
- When the Old Port Royale transformation is complete, the former table service restaurant, Shutters will become Sebastian’s Bistro.
- Guests will enjoy the beautiful views waterfront views as they head to Sebastian’s Bistro. The restaurant will continue to offer outstanding table service and an impressive menu. Highlighting the bold and bright flavors of Latin and Caribbean cuisine and use of market-fresh ingredients guarantee every meal will be a delight.
- Guests will be welcomed by a blue shiplap marquee featuring Sebastian inviting them to dine on island time. The restaurant offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere and colorful decorations that feel as though you’ve stepped into a tropical beachfront home.
About Centertown Market:
- Quick service dining options will also be available to guests at Caribbean Beach. As part of the reimaginaing of Centertown Market the location has been expanded and will offer a street market vibe.
- As guests enter the space they’ll walk under a large palapa-like structure, accented with glowing, colored light pendants made from glass bottles.
- The market will feature open shutters, wooden light posts, awnings, ornamentation, and unique seating areas.
- A Grab n’ Go market featuring specialty coffee and quick bites will also be available.
