Universal Orlando has released a guide to all of the tasty Cajun flavors guests will be able to try during the upcoming Mardi Gras celebration.
- Food and drink options at Universal’s Mardi Gras 2019 will consist of old favorites and new options, including:
- Crab Etouffee
- Catfish Po Boy
- King Cake
- Jambalaya
- Gumbo
- Red beans and rice
- Beignets
- Twisted taters with a new Cajun seasoning twist
- The will also be some specialty drink options, including:
- Carnival Cocktail
- Ragin’ Rumbalaya
- Vicious Voodoo (a combo of the two above!)
- And a wide variety of craft beer selections
- The will also be a mimosa bar with unique flavors like caramel apple, raspberry rosemary, mojito mint and more.
- If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic option, the signature frozen drink will be Bayou Bog Water, complete with gummy worms and fish, blueberry boba beads and a lemonade and ginger ale mix.
- All food and drink items will be served in tasting sizes, allowing guests to enjoy all the unique flavors.
- All of these dishes and sips can be found in the French Quarter Courtyard in the New York area of Universal Studios Florida, which will open at 4 PM everyday for the duration of Universal’s Mardi Gras.
- Universal’s Mardi Gras will also offer world class entertainment, including a nighttime parade and a series of concerts that will include performances by Pitbull, Macklemore and more.
