Former Disney Channel star, Kyle Massey, is reportedly being sued for claims of sexual misconduct that include sending explicit photos and video to a minor.

- According to TMZ former Disney star Kyle Massey is reportedly being sued by a 13-year-old girl for claims of sexual misconduct.
- Massey best known to Disney fans as Cory Baxter in the Disney Channel sitcom, That’s So Raven, has been accused of sending the teenager sexually explicit photos and video.
- In her lawsuit, the girl claims that she and her mother met the actor in 2009 when she was four years old.
- She goes on to say that Massey remained in contact with them and that he presented himself as a father figure.
- She also said that she’s expressed interest in pursuing a career in entertainment and hoped Massey could help her out.
- The girl claims that in December, Massey spoke with her mother and invited her to Los Angeles where he’d help to get her an agent. He said the girl could stay with him and his girlfriend.
- The girl and her mother claim that, following the invitation to Los Angeles, Massey began sending "numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos." One picture was an inappropriate image sent via Snapchat along with text reading “LOL/Just me messing with u LOL."
- The girl also claims he sent her a sexually explicit video.
- She is suing for $1.5 million.
- TMZ says they reached out to Massey's representative but have not heard back.
