Guests of Shanghai Disney Resort can enjoy a tasty new event for a limited time. The first ever International Food & Drink Fest began today at the resort’s Disneytown area, according to Disney Parks Blog.
- The event offers 13 international food market booths featuring flavors from around the world, including:
- Spice Oasis
- Slider Grill
- Latin Cantina
- Mushu House
- Tribal Cottage
- Hamm Hut
- Italian Terrace
- Ocean Grill
- Seoul Snack
- Manila Market
- Tex-Mex
- Berkshire House
- Hawaii Sweet
- The menus feature unique dishes created with fresh ingredients as well as a range of tasty beverages.
- The festival also features the Disney · Chef Cooking Show at Disneytown’s Lakeshore Lawn, which gives guests a chance to watch and learn from local Disney chefs and culinary experts.
- Guests can also take the experience a step further with hands-on Masterclasses with professional chefs in the Disney · Chef Studio.
- Free classes are offered several times a day Monday through Friday, with paid tasting and cooking classes being offered on weekends.
- Guests can also enjoy talented artists and live bands as well as other entertainment offerings and special activities throughout the festival.
- The Open-Air show will be held daily on the Disneytown stage.
- Of course, no festival would be complete without merchandise. Guests can pick up more than 20 exclusive items from the Delicious Collection, including kitchenware, stationery, apparel and Mickey-shaped snack pins.
- The International Food & Drink Fest runs now through May 4 in Disneytown at Shanghai Disney Resort.
