They’ve been haunting your nightmares for nearly 90 years and now they’re coming back in a big way. Universal Studios has announced two house based on the classic Universal Monsters for Halloween Horror Nights 2019 on both coasts.
- At Universal Studios Florida in Universal Orlando Resort, guests will encounter all kinds of iconic Universal monsters, including:
- Dracula
- Frankenstein’s Monster
- The Mummy
- The Wolf Man
- The Creature from the Black Lagoon
- And more
- The house’s environments will bleed from one to the next as guests wander through some of these classic horror films.
- At Universal Studios Hollywood, fresh off of last year’s Universal Monsters maze, guests will come face to face with two of the most iconic creatures in history of horror in the new Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man maze.
- The maze will be loosely based on Universal’s classic 1943 horror film of the same name.
- The story will be reimagined for the 21st century as guests will be taken on a terrifying journey culminating in a horrifying confrontation between the two legendary creatures.
- Guests will follow in the footsteps of the Frankenstein Monster to a gypsy camp, where they will encounter the Wolf Man.
- They will then follow the ensuing madness across the murky Moors to the smoldering ruins of Castle Frankenstein.
- Like last year’s experience, the Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man maze will feature an original score from Grammy Award-winning musician SLASH.
