There is a lot of work going on at Walt Disney World right now and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a perfect example. The renovations to the resort hotel, which will see the addition of the Gran Destino Tower, will bring multiple new restaurants to the hotel. Which, of course, means there will be a lot of delicious new food and the Disney Parks Blog just gave a first look.

- The new restaurant will offer shared plates, including:
- Curry-Lentil Hummus
- Szechuan Peppercorn Wings
- Stuffed Mushrooms
- Some of the entrees found at Three Bridges Bar & Grill will include the Villa del Lago Salad with arugula, frisée, warm Yukon potatoes, white beans, and asparagus tossed in a bright sherry vinaigrette as well as the Three Bridges Signature Burger which comes with crispy potato, Manchego cheese, roasted garlic-lemon aïoli, arugula and tomato.
- Other entrees will include:
- Braised Pork Tacos
- Grilled Skirt Steak
- Harissa Lamb Chops
- Crispy Chicken Sliders
- For dessert, guests can enjoy warm churros with Espelette pepper sugar and chocolate sauce or a vanilla custard Mickey tart with compressed pineapple and tropical sorbet.
- Of course, Three Bridges Bar & Grill will also offer some tasty beverages.
- Guests will be able to choose from cocktails, house-made sangrias, craft beers and a variety of wine styles from Spain and California.
- There will also be a selection of non-alcoholic beverage options.
- Gran Destino Tower will be home to the new Dahlia Lounge, located next to the new Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood restaurant.
- Here, guests will find more specialty beverages and small plates.
- Guests will be able to choose from an array of wines, specialty cocktails and more.
- Guests looking to grab a bite at the rooftop lounge can choose from a menu of Tapas that includes:
- Chilled Marinated Mussels ‘Escabèche’
- Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon

- Finally, the lower lobby of the new tower is where guests will find Barcelona Lounge.
- Here, guests can enjoy a European coffee experience as well as Spanish and classic American pastries and breakfast items.
- Guests will also find some healthier breakfast options here, including blueberry-lavender honey yogurt with flaxseed granola and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
- The coffee experience will be available throughout the day but in the afternoon, Barcelona Lounge will transform into an artisanal cocktail bar, serving up a variety of tonics to go along with their international gin collection.
- Guests can enjoy a house-crafted signature Gran Destino Gin Tonic infused with orange saffron, as well as a sampling of wines and Spanish and American craft beers.
- There will also be some small plates available, including Spanish charcutería and artisanal cheeses, Lentil Hummus ‘Aceitunas’ Marinated Olives and more.
- All of these new dining locations will open in July with the grand opening of Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
