Those hoping to visit the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco, California today may be out of luck as the venue has announced it is temporarily closed due a power outtage.
- This afternoon, the Walt Disney Family Museum tweeted that a power outage had caused their temporary closure.
- In it, they wrote: “Due to an unforeseen power outage in the Presidio, The Walt Disney Family Museum is currently closed to the public. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
- According to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s map, the outage does not seem to be widespread, affecting only a few customers.
- This isn’t the first time an expected power outage has closed a museum: a similar event occurred in April 2017.
- However, that outage was far larger, impacting more than 95,000 PG&E customers.
