Disney has announced a new animated series based on everyone’s favorite wall-crawler titled Spidey and His Amazing Friends, headed to Disney Junior, according to Variety.
- The new animated series will come from Marvel Animation and Family Entertainment and it will be Marvel’s first feature-length series on Disney Junior.
- Spidey and His Amazing Friends will follow Peter Parker and his friends Miles Morales, Gwen aka Ghost-Spider, Hulk, Black Panther and Ms. Marvel.
- Together, they will take on the forces of evil in this new series geared toward preschoolers and their families.
- The series will be executive produced by Alan Fine, Joe Quesada, Dan Buckley, Cort Lane, and Eric Radomski with Marsha Friffin listed as a co-executive producer.
- Harrison Wilcox will serve as a supervising producer while Alfred Gimeno will be the supervising animation producer and Achley Mendoza will be story editor.
- Spidey and His Amazing Friends is set to debut in 2021.
